Read an article about a Texas home being sold for bitcoin, and this gave me an idea.I personally don't buy into bitcoin or any cryptocurrencies, but I see an opportunity of turning crypto into cash instantly.Sellers can pay a premium for accepting crypto transactions for their listing, but will receive premium price for accepting crypto from buyer.

Investments don't go up in value in a linear fashion like an IRR/NPV formula might suggest.Take bitcoin for example.

i've read that the most IRA custodians will require you to setup an LLC within your IRA to purchase cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. 

@Ann Bellamy  maybe there is going to be something to this bitcoin stuff and blockchain.. although I read about scammers in that stuff too.

Try walking into your bank and asking for a 30 year loan to buy some bitcoin lol.
