I wonder if your broker friend ever categories the dog breeds to further differentiate the deals - like a poodle with covid vs a husky with fleas vs a Labrador with mites.

This thread is old but it was referenced on another recent thread so I'm replying...Here is the standard list of dogs that apartment complexes in my area exclude:Akita, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Pit Bull and American Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pincher, Great Dane or mixes with any of these breedsI was also told by my insurance agent to include the question: "Has your dog(s) ever exhibited aggressive behavior?"
