I didn't really like that, and i understand that there's other factors such as ADT and certain requirements from franchises, but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. 

Then when you get much outside that area then it gets bad fast.Either place might be able to also rent to medical staff, visiting professors and such....but on Furnished Finder I see a lot of backlash.

Depends on how bad it is and whether or not the numbers make sense.

The o ly bad things I've heard are "hidden fees" which I figured are fees that the uneducated never asked about to begin with.

I've already done the work on correcting my bad habits and have been reducing my debt drastically.
