Live Local is a huge benefit that many developers in FL haven't scratched the surface on! 

@Clay Kallman we just started using Appfolio as well.

Create a 'BP Expert' bot that identifies those surface-level posts or things that have a straightforward answer, and comments "This post has been identified as basic so I'll try to answer it for you.

I’ve had a couple home inspections (personal house and investment property), they gave me pretty good insights even from surface level stuff.  

I usually surface once or so a day just for checking reception and urgent calls. 

For example, grease atomizes in kitchens and settles on surfaces.

I put very little time into doing all of this and have only scratched the surface of learning what is available within.

., yet updates on their whereabouts remain scarce since reports first surfaced last year.

Unfortunately I think this only scratches the surface of your problems.
