Interested in financing options for BRRRR, flips, etc.. 

My problem with the first option is that we are a big family of 4 adults and 4 kids and maybe challenging to do the repairs while we still live.

This is a good option as well; if you're going to do the work yourselves, it's likely not going to be as quick an overhaul as you might want.

For a live in investment, you have quite a few options that are great for renting down the road.

Hi Nana, you should have a bunch of options that have friendly rates and good programs for a five unit DSCR I would recommend talking with an experienced broker who can help compare rates and programs amongst a wide variety of lenders.

all the lower down payment options are for primary residence loans. they require you to live in the home for the first year.
