There are many options for skip tracing, most just send a query to a single database while others hand-scrub the lists for the results.

Last I checked (which has been quite a few years) both Rent Recovery Service and AOA Debt Reporting Service had the option to report to credit agencies.  

Co-living would be another option that I would look into in your shoes.

No surprise that the person who introduced the bill is a realtor and likely receives a good bit of funding from the NAR.It's not about homeowner protection and it's not about wholesaling, it's simply the NAR lobbying the elected politicians so they can receive more membership dues.
