If this state ever got their heads out of their you know what and became pro growth like the states in the south our values would rival Seattle and the Bay area.. but not going to happen.. those that live here think its a privilege to do business in this state and of Course EVERY one wants to live in Portland  LOL.

Just read a Linkedin article on Mariott entering the market to become Airbnb's rival... with Hilton and Hyatt also considering the avenue.
