TaskRabbit is another option, but unfortunately, they don't operate in all the cities I need.Ideally, I'd love to find a service with an API that allows me to automate the scheduling of these photography trips.

Like others have said, you got to be thoughtful about location, property condition, amenities, photography, furnishings... basically everything.

In my case it involves a lot of expensive equipment, knowledge of flambient photography, a mastering of Photoshop, and a lot of patience for processing multiple exposures plus flash for a single finished photo.

I always take professional photography of each property when finished with the rehab (then you will always have it to use) and I think through and make sure I list on the add all of my criteria very clearly. 

This may or may not be the most appropriate forum to bring up on, but I'm wondering if anyone does their own professional real estate photography whether as an agent or exclusively as a photographer.
