I personally have property in woodstock, kennesaw, smyrna (along 75) then powder springs (Close to I20) then now northeast dacula, lawrenceville (along 85) you should be able to find plenty of turn key properties under 400K Feel free to connect! 

If not, then I would pay down/off the truck and then sit in cash (dry powder) and wait for the right deal

If however, your powder has been kept dry, the consequences are not likely to be deadly. 

On entering the bathroom, I discovered the powder, and the odor, were INCHES of talcum powder on the floor where this person apparently "bathed" with the talcum powder, then carried/spread it throughout the apartment.

To be sure, there will be a lot of opportunities within this to those with dry powder, but people are going to go through a LOT of pain and suffering.

Feeling pretty secure with a lot of dry powder now.  

The crusher run gravel is a mix of powder and gravel and compacts well when you drive over it to help keep water out.

The only thing I've ever found that works is powdered sugar mixed with boric acid (not boraxo) about 2/3 sugar to 1/3 boric acid.It's poison, so place where pets and kids can't get it.The ants carry it away, so it isn't there very long.
