Even if the dog is a service or emotional support animal, the reasonable accommodation clause in the ADA allows you to deny applicants if your insurance will not cover the breed (even in California!).

Now if you look only six Avenues South, you see Ada Boulevard where many houses sell for $1,000,000 or more.

If this is someone with mobility issues you should try to accommodate since ADA might be applicable but in that case she would be obligated to pay for modification. 

They tried to force an ADA accommodation to let them stay longer. 

It is work to filter through the clowns and people without money who will reply to your craigslist ad.

Back to the kitchens, I especially like the  (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!

I've been approached by a couple of sober living facilities and would perhaps prefer an independent living provider if possible (with 4 units in Cape Coral it's categorized as commercial so all ADA requirements, fire safety, etc. have been provided).
