What number of weeks do you rent your VR out? 

My VR’s give me fantastic returns 99.9999% of the time.

I think it all comes down to who the VR manager is.

Anyone have any positive or negative experiences with a vacation management company called Home Team VR?

AZ is the first state to legalize VR's so you're in good hands legislatively.  

I stand in a VR once that had a printed guidebook on the counter.

I tell them I don't care about the holes in the walls, the porn dungeon or the kitchen piled high with dirty pots and pans...

Even from our HQ in FL I can likely outperform you on revenue for a few reasons:1 - We have partnerships with 15+ listing sites, including Marriot Homes + Villas, JetBlue and Allegiant Airlines, coming soon Amex Travel portal and Hyatt's VR site. 

First you diversify risk, second folks seem to like having less common space with Covid around, and finally you apparently did really well with a VR.
