Hi there, just took the leap of faith and dove into wholesaling, then to my dismay found out yesterday our governor made Wholesaling Illegal in Illinois, curious from more experienced wholesalers, maybe even in this market, is this rule that I can't wholesale properties located in Illinois, or I can't wholesale in general because I am an Illinois resident *which would include virtual wholesale* closing deals in other states?
