Governor Phil Scott vetoed S79 (commonly referred to as the rental registry).

And our governor just passed anti-squatting legislation. 

The Ohio Department of Real Estate and Commission is hand picked by the Governor, and the rules that are promulgated by that office are in accordance with State Law.  

As for new laws, here's the bill that just passed the Legislature and was delivered to the Governor for signature. 

However; just because the Governor proclaims and signs bills, doesn't mean local planning departments streamline the process making it easier to accomplish the goals set out, or consider affordability in their criteria.

She got that letter and the loan funded and she moved in over the weekend.I have also seen the Mayor at odds with Governor about the 30 day shut down.. so there is pressure to go no longer than 30 days..

Hi there, just took the leap of faith and dove into wholesaling, then to my dismay found out yesterday our governor made Wholesaling Illegal in Illinois, curious from more experienced wholesalers, maybe even in this market, is this rule that I can't wholesale properties located in Illinois, or I can't wholesale in general because I am an Illinois resident *which would include virtual wholesale* closing deals in other states?
