It’s a rural area more for , hiking , water sports , outdoor activities .The house is listed currently for 450k and has been sitting for 64 days another red flag to me  .

. - I love fitness, working out, and eating healthy food- I enjoy playing sports, hiking, staying active- I love anything related to personal development, well being, and becoming the best version of myself.

I have looked into short term but I am afraid of the off season ( not all sports are as important as football down there).One thing I would like to find out is the typical room rate for houses or apartments.

I hear you speaking to questions of the business fundamentals at this "sport", the one's often NOT written of or spoken of.

I suggest like one of those Canadian get-aways where it's awesome fishing, water sports, and no internet or cell reception. 

While they were good sports and did not say much other than hello, I could tell they would rather not have us there.
