I'm now applying those same skills as I dive into real estate with the goal of becoming an investor myself.Right now I’m working with a close friend who plans to invest remotely in my area.

I am looking to get in touch with any and all investors in the area, as well as any realtors who represent investors. 

As Clayton said this most likely would not be for an investor.

@Harrison BeckhamRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location/neighborhoods to invest in.Why is Property Class so important for investors to understand and apply in their investing strategies?

We are not seeing an increase but with the advent of DSCR loans it makes sense for investors to go this route vs bank financing as banks are not lending as often on investment loans and DSCR loans are streamlined for investors
