@Christina Berry  Sure, I have yet to attend any REI group meetings but would be open to something local.  

Last I looked in there the city would allow Duplex along Forest Park and near the Berkley place apartments but not on the interior lots closer to the HS and Berry. 

Something is not adding up @Bob Berry.

Landscaping: fill the two front beds with low maintenance shrub roses (not fancy tea roses, just the short shrubby kind that grow a few feet tall at the most and do not mind neglect), edged by creeping Juniper.
