Attend real estate workshops, engage with local investor groups, and absorb insights from experienced investors.

Totally disregard anything told to you by anyone wanting to sell you a course, mentorship, workshop, system, etc.  

I enjoyed the 3 day workshop and thought it was worthwhile so I joined the $40k program and I have regretted it!

I recently bought into Tyler’s Deveraux 3 day workshop event 🙌 I’ve heard great things but I also read a reply that “he doesn’t keep promises” So I’m half and half about the event.For those who’ve gone and went through it already, how was your experience and your thoughts?

Here you would sell to someone that can run their business form the home or the garage/workshop if that’s allowed by local code. 

Im currently attending a three day workshop with multi family mindset and it’s been great so far.

However, after reading this it sounds like I will be upsold mentoring for $16k to go along with the price of the 3 day workshop.

And I understand that i am college kid with no money or experience but then you see people like Rob Beardsley who dropped out at 20 and bought a 200 unit property through syndication and then you think, hm, maybe its possible.I am fairly new to the real estate investment and what I have learned so far is choosing a mentor and attend real estate workshops then expand your network which will help you to pick up the pace, select your investment strategy and grasp the business model.

In general they will add the ADU only if it is existing living space such as workshop, bunk house, office, etc.
