It was easy to tell that the realization that he was now just a mouthpiece for a youngster had just dawned upon him....just as he was speaking.

I'd have far more than that decades ago.My advice to youngsters.

I would do room by room if I have no family (or when my spouse is on vacation).Your typical room rental is usually youngster in their 20 or 30s and usually they have professional job assigment, they work in major corporation.

Here's my question -  if you HAVE rented to youngsters, what has been your experience? 

So if someone could find it in them to help a youngster find the right way through this maze it would be greatly appreciated.
