I have enough transactions on Stessa now that they start to produce inconsistent reports (they would randomly lose one transaction and the transaction will appear the next time I query again).

Thus, I decided to query our platform for some well-informed feedback. 

I ran a query on the owners name and he already owned a home in another town.

There was not much interaction from Norada..The project was delivered end of June and Tenant placed with in 3 weeks.No issues so far, except Suncoast PM is a little slow in responding to my queries.. apart from that no issues..I am not sure this feedback helps anyone, but putting out there..

They can be consistently a few days late, not bother paying items not reported to the bureaus, never reporting damage in the home, never reply back to important queries, not take care of their children, always late for work, using "credit boost" to get their score up by 10 or so points, etc.
