For example, if I were hypothetically looking for real estate in Wyoming, knowing next to nothing about it as a simple Ohioan, I would see after a quick glance that Park County is one of the best counties in the state, though it appears the crown for best real estate would have to go to neighboring Teton County.

The bad: I lowered the rent by $250 a month for this tenant to help me rehab (install blind and crown) and rehab the house he lived in.

Here is my review and I don't work for any of these stores.I needed to order lumber and my contractor suggested that I contact Crown Lumber or Home Depot for the materials. 

I am at .29/sq.ft for a massive rehab that took everything down to the studs on a 2700 sq. ft. home in Houston (the works, new roof, lifting the foundation 6", brickwork, crown molding,  two new bathrooms, added a fifth bedroom etc...).  

Newer appliances, impeccable wood flooring, newer windows, crown molding, quiet (especially considering the amount of business traffic in the area).

@Brett Dawson  I just joined the Great Lakes REIA over the weekend and am planning to attend for the first time on March 16th @ 6pm in the Crown Plaza in Independence. 

I would love to do something in Ironbound, but that is sort of the crown jewel of Newark, and super expensive.
