The lazy, crime types, and even the domestic violent types, thrive on chaos, hence, not stable and nightmare tenants.Of course, these are just examples, merely to demonstrate that as a friend, you have insight on whether your friendvis the stable type that cares of the condition where they reside.

Income have to be verifiable.Criminal record : No felony convictions, no violent crimes convictions in the pastEviction record: No evictions in the past (we may consider person who has eviction in the distant past ONLY if it was paid off), no history of property damages from previous rentals.Credit report: No accounts more than 60 days past due (unless it is medical bills or student loans)Positive references from both current and past landlordsPet approval:Cats : We allow domestic well trained well cared for indoor cats.

From my own experience, if I simply stick to these items and know nothing else, I manage an excellent batting average when it comes to tenant selection.First off, if ANY of the adults who will be on the lease have evictions or violent or drug related criminal convictions, I reject the entire group/family.

well like I said I'm not sure which states you guys are from but around here they do accept anybody as long as it is not a dangerous or violent crime which I have none that was the only crime ever committed y'all are so judgemental Ya'll Must Be angels and just innocent right LOL probably so I'm done talking to you all through this conversation the next one I wasn't getting on here to talk to men anyways sorry

That's not even factoring in the large numbers of persons with violent felonies and drug histories that would be "challenged" in finding employment in any situation.Now there are these things called renaissance zones, or at least there were when I lived in Metro Detroit.
