James, I have read this thread completely but the only thing that I'm seeing is a gentleman from the Chamber of Commerce saying that wholesaling is illegal because you need a realtors license for this activity.

I'll keep trying though, found 5 professional organizations to target in my search; a chamber of commerce, a dr association, an MBA association, a hispanic business organization and a internet marketing group.

There are also the home builders associations and chamber of commerce.
