Hey everyone,I recently caught up with a client who just returned from Denmark, and he shared some fascinating insights about a real estate investment strategy that's been thriving over there: investing in co-housing communities.

Such as "Trade World Organization" instead of World Trade Organization, then he apparently created a website called "Bank Denmark" among many others very recently. 

I think I would be much happier somewhere like Denmark or Portugal where they value lifestyle more than 'GRINDING' as some people post in this group.

When I was 19 I was in college studying abroad in Denmark and then after I graduated I lived in New Zealand for a year.
