The main thrust to the article was that owners than don't raise the rents are creating a piece of dirt that has no value to a new buyer once the current one retires.

from google st its not look so nice and the average price range that homes sold there is- 10,000-20,000 but my agent insists that its a good income property with big rental demand even in this era, and could easily rent for 750the house looks nice..good shape and good priceIm not from the Us and I mostly thrust his advices..but I dont know...what do you think?
