That’s the plan. when you say "debt seperate" what do you mean?  

If you plan to scale at all, I recommend QBO.

My wife and I invest in SFH and I have a regular W2 job.

Might as well just invest in a low-cost index fund.

I would highly recommend buying an STR that experiences high losses without accelerated depreciation.i think the plan can work, but it likely requires combining strategies.
