A certain degree of efficiency is expected, those that have exceptional skills earn more, the average hammer banger gets the average pay and compensation.They usually prey off of Granny, who doesn't have RE knowledge or expertise, they can sell that professionalism aspect, advise them, but not an astute RE investors.

I believe, but would need to look deeper into this, that most transactions without a RE agent are between wealthy family members and their friends/extended family or someone approached a homeowner before the homeowner was going to sell and conviced them.
