Back in the day, there was a way to look in any specific area and find houses that had (or likely had) equity in them.

Hey @Matt Jones are you referring to someone specifically performing the lease-up but you manage the rental/lease after move-in?

I’m curious if anyone has used one of these specifically for: • House hacking (e.g. multi-unit, renting out part of the property while living on-site) • Investment purposes—buying with the intent to rent or resell.

Specifically, I’d like to get a sense of the current average cost for 3- and 4-family homes. 

Even if the general trend is strong, a specific property may not perform as well, and vice versa.
