Right now, there is a very popular individual on Youtube and Facebook, and apparently appears at Bigger Pockets events, who published his book, that advocates these techniques  for buying for full price off of the MLS and borrowing closing costs.

So I created my own meetup events where I can network and meetup with investors.

So if you're not already going to local real estate meetups check them out here on Bigger Pockets under the Events tab.

Go to the events tab to see what's going on and just go to Any meetup.

And then for me to go out to the building following a snow event to make sure it's been done correctly.
