@Zach Howard you pretty much MUST hold it in an LLC if you don't have the proper visa or greencard.1) Many attorneys over-hype the benefits of an LLC for each property.

Hi @Leeroy AyalaHonestly, both are good opportunities, just with different kinds of benefits and risks.If you’re looking for simplicity, stability, and guaranteed education funding, I’d probably stay with the 529.If you’re okay taking on a bit more work and want cash flow now and possibly better returns long-term, the rental could make sense.
