@Alex Cotton - I've been using rentometer and hotpads to try to find comparables.I think I've pretty much concluded that this deal is a stinker.

I hope I'm wrong, but is it a sort of gauze-like substance with a cracking residue underneath that's both stapled and glued to the floor?

(meetings, reports, records, Operating Agreement) otherwise it's a band aid without the gauze and it stings when it gets ripped off.

I buy the peppermint oil and pour drops in cotton ball to place in every room.
