The gurus never taught how to properly inspect a property before purchasing it provided them with a sense as to what contractors should charge for certain repairs I have decided to solve the exploitation challenge by offering a service at a flat fee of $500 to newbie's where I will go with them to up to four different properties either via wholesale or foreclosure auction and give them real time advise.
