When it comes to tenants with co-signers, here’s what to look out for and prep for:First, treat the co-signers like tenants when it comes to screening.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

But keep your screening standards as high as possible.

If you have one property and more longer term tenants the bigger risk is falling behind on market rent and also poor screening where you get a bad tenant. 

Have all the adults sign the lease so they all have skin in the game.Or just flat out NO.

It is possible we are going to see flat pricing for a couple of years...so maybe selling now is okay.
