MidFirst told me I need to have an LLC before they’ll open one, but from what I understand the law doesn’t actually require an LLC — just a separate escrow account.Has anyone here been able to open a tenant security deposit escrow/trust account in your own name (no LLC)?

Hi everyone, my name is Kameron, i am 19, and have been interested in real estate for quite some time now, I just recently got my real estate license and am trying to save up enough money to purchase my first investment property!

Occasionally, an investor will purchase an investment property with the intent to hold, and a negative catalyst will cause them to prematurely sell despite that intent, but I wouldn't bet on those happening on a regular basis.
