Right now this area I believe is going to be booming with all the new businesses and projects, including the new minor league stadium.

They are experiencing major development including breweries, trendy restaurants, and building the new soccer stadium.

Also because there is a lot going on there I believe the property value will increase a lot in the upcoming months just because of the stadium. 

I live 3 miles east of ASU off of University & 101 (Just south of the Chicago cubs spring training stadium.  

@Marvin Lara I've been looking in Inglewood, around the new stadium but mostly avoiding the west side of it.

With the new stadium and the development along the river (finally) there would seem to be good opportunity around there.

I live in Avondale, AZ and am interested in studying markets like Avondale or Goodyear (a 15 min drive away from the growing areas surrounding our Cardinals stadium).

I know vacancy is a function of hundreds of factors, but in general, a property in close proximity to Ohio Stadium, downtown, the Convention Center, etc, - what is a conservative overall vacancy estimate for the year when used as an Air BnB type rental?

Lots of new development like the stadium they're building in East Ridge.

Look at future light rail projects, I know Kannapolis has a new baseball stadium opening for the 2020 season, etc... there out there, just gotta know where to look.
