The old saying says “If momma isn’t happy, ain’t nobody happy!” 

People who smoke pot are usually calm and easy to get along with...many are just assuming this kid is some kind of monster who refuses to follow rules and he's gonna get momma evicted.

Next month one guy pays on the 8th when his check comes in ..the fella upstairs now is getting his disability late and promises to pay on the 14th the guy below is getting you rent on the 21st cuz his baby momma screwed up his account.

Im honestly going to school for a couple reasons: 1) make momma proud 2) GI bill pays $1700.00/mo for living expenses + U/e will continue to cover me while I got to school...until I get some deals..then ill get cut off lol. 3) When people go crazy and hurt other people, or some natural disaster happens, nurses are needed.

If you are a newbie, they will lend when even your momma says “NO!”

The auto insurance for the boyfriend could handle the claim, then surrogate against the Landlord or they might not do anything at all. 

I always tell them "Your momma don't work here, clean up your mess"!
