I don’t see the influx of wholesalers as a long-term threat.

Also not all deals on FB are bad deals - they just need to be vetted like every other deal.Note: This post is being made based on my opinion and I was not under duress or a threat of lawsuit.  

Using the example from this threat, you're saying the insurance company will NEVER give the insured $7,000 or $12,000 and he'll have to pay for the repair out of pocket or the property won't be repaired?

We have no idea how they could have just disappeared!

After the police left, the up tenant proceeded to yell loudly for at least 10 minutes (the down tenant sent me a audio of this) and apparently (I couldn't hear the detail of what she was saying) made threats to the down tenant.   

Doubling down by proceeding with an eviction filing shows they aren't just empty threats.

Do they manage the property or disappear after closing?

I’ve heard of many scams of fake lenders that charge a fee before closing and then disappear.
