I would not recommend starting out with 32 units, there is so much you need to know and could get yourself in trouble.

Plan for those figures and you'll be happy if it's cheaper and faster and not in trouble if it isn't.Good luck on the journey!

In fact, I only bought properties that takes me no more than 20 minutes to get to them from my house, in case the tenant didn't know how to shut off the water main and any other trouble calls that required immediate response.
