@Eric Harris I'd suggest you give a call to the city's economic development office and the regional chamber of commerce as starting points.

We got to spend two days with him where we went to a sheriff's sale, visited an active rehab, drove by his recent projects, and sat with him in his research "chamber".

They do better on hard floors, but have small chambers where the dirt collects, and have to be emptied out frequently.
