Yes, most agents are salesy people with more charisma than substance, but YOU can be one of the great ones by learning the business very well and then the clients will come. 

There are still some truly high quality TK outfits around -Spartan (of course), Memphis Invest, Decas etc - but unfortunately investors do need to take ownership of their due diligence to avoid these kind of scams that are all glossy marketing and no substance. 

Not sure how you thought that piece of advice would be helpful but if you have more advice with some substance that would be greatly appreciated.
