Not many are hitting the pinch point yet on their properties, but the bookings have dropped substantially.

I'm an investor and a General Contractor and I have found being handy is most useful in both knowing how to do something the right way or, in a pinch, being able to jump in and do it yourself. 

They can also take them off site in a pinch if same day turn is too tight.

However, new owner pinched pennies and started cutting onsite security.

I didn't mind meeting them to sign these in person, considering I am doing showings myself as well, but am just limited on availability to mostly weekends due to aforementioned W2 job - figured an esignature option would be convenient to quickly send something out during working hours "in a pinch."

Also depends on if you will ever want/need a roommate, one advantage of a 2bd is obviously if you are ever in pinch you can rent the 2nd bd, but if your pretty confident that’s not something you’ll do, I’d lean newer 1bd, not to mention that’s where the best deals are right now.

Is it out a window, pinched by a garage door seal, a walkway trip hazard, or just fine.  2) The NEMA 6-20 plug is a good choice for low cost charging. 

Thanks gents, I used to use a signature platform, but as we all try to pinch every dollar I decided to try the rentredi signature platform.

More specifically, I'm starting with wholesaling (I am not generating enough income from my job to have anything to invest even if I pinched pennies for years) I am interested in short term rentals and flipping.

But I suspect some out there will be getting pinched very soon.
