So if you believe that the stock market is a better investment and are more comfortable with it then go for it, but me I think it is a casino and the fundamentals are dead so I stay away.

Meaning, expensive east and west coast markets that have their RE markets back into casino territory.Only time will tell.   

Real Estate is not supposed to be a casino. 

Regional hospital in Denison, Two huge casinos in Oklahoma and a number of smaller ones, Four TI chip plants under construction, and they already have a plant there now, but not sure what it makes, Tyson foods factory (I think chicken), airport that I would think gets some cargo service (but no passenger service yet). 

Strangely however no one is talking about the systematic devastation and migration that could emerge in cities and small towns with single economies like Casinos, Theme Parks, Tourism Resorts, Oil belt and College Towns.

The modern casino’s are also fun especially when you win.

Another close friend got all this guys bank statements etc and found hundreds of thousands being wired to casinos right after he received wires.  

A simple analogy is to the casino game of craps(which I don't play and I don't understand.)

If you were going to charge then I’m sure Chargepoint has a system (they run the chargers at the local casinos and can be set to free or charge per kw or per minute.)
