I list queen size bed, then get a three star review for “no king mattress.”

I had a couple of bigger capital expenses - had to replace the refrigerator and an entire queen mattress/box spring set in one of the rooms, and I added a few things - fencing and some landscaping - but everything else was pretty normal stuff. 

(For my part, putting my money under the mattress or putting it all in gold aren't part of an investment strategy. ;-) And, if I am totally wrong that the staggering unfunded liabilities mean nothing . . . 

They purchased a mattress that was on the floor and they had two back packs.

That mattress is just the beginning of what I get to keep... :) I have a busy afternoon but I will post the numbers as soon as I can.

One guy dead in a bed.. so not to bad ,,  took him,, family rolled up mattress like burrito so easy clean up...One guy dead in wheelchair,, after about day & half  found by cable installer,.. 

If a mattress that isn't very tall is used without a boxspring of course and the supporting platform is just plywood, say 1" or so, a lot of vertical space can be saved. 

This makes it a problem for taller people and a normal thickness of mattress and the structure supporting it. 

You can make this work with an 8' ceiling; you just won't be using a thick mattress. 

It's equal to keeping that money under my mattress, so (1) why is that a good thing and (2) what is the 'open market'?
