That sucked, and I wouldn't recommend it, but if you can learn to embrace that 'finisher' inside of you, you can learn to do a lot of things. 

People always say apartment investing is a team sport, but I didn’t fully embrace that right away.

There is winter, and it can really suck for 6-8 weeks, but they embrace that making features for winter like ice-castles, winter sports, ice-bars, etc..
