Competed foreclosures, the final phase, were up 32% year over year.Florida, South Carolina and Illinois led the nation in state foreclosure filings. we are still at all-time lows for foreclosures. they will continue to rise in the future and may get closer to the norm but I would say its doubtful.

This low amount trapped permits a magnified return on all sources of return going forward.If we go with the premise that this brrrr seems pretty good, then it should be no surprise the investor wants to repeat the process as quick as possible.Note I am not saying he should take overt risks, but reasonable, calculated risks are what successful investors do regularly.

We only accept Section 8 in Source of Income protection  cities.Section 8 in it's current form is the kiss of death for low income residents.
