$5,850 is less than what I would charge.Hopefully you got quality service which means evaluating the documents you provided and not just plugging the numbers in.If you had 80+ properties, I would analyze each property and how they performed this year to last year to help me identify questions on possibily omitting items.If you didn't get many questions asked by your accountant, I would be concerned.The next thing is consulting, are you buying or selling any properties this year?

I’ve been in the real estate space for over a decade as both an investor and consultant, and one thing I’ve learned is every BRRRR or flip teaches you something new, no matter how long you’ve been at it.My biggest lesson recently was how crucial it is to stay flexible with exit strategies—sometimes the deal that looks like a flip on paper ends up making more sense as a long-term rental once you run the updated numbers post-reno.Looking forward to seeing how you’re building things in Jacksonville.
