🏢Ever looked at multifamily metrics and thought they resembled a bowl of alphabet soup more than actual, understandable numbers?

Currently, they are listed alphabetically according to the user names.

Can you edit the list to categorize the type of institution or alphabetize?

Plumbing fixtures can be improved once money rolls in, but a building lacking exterior lighting and physical security will sit, or attract lower quality tenants.I can't tell you how many people I run into want to get property and plug it into a group home, Section 8, or some sort of Govt Alphabet Program.  

Hi Andreas, I think i visited a turnkey provider there recently (if it starts with the first 3 letters of the alphabet then it may be the same one).

It is like a phonebook alphabetized by street with names and phone numbers.

If you will have an ad in the phone book, they are listed in alphabetical order.
