Hello, I am currently researching to purchase my first investment property while I raise capital/credit and change jobs.I currently live in Dulles, VA, and I have been trying to use Redfin, Zillow, and other sites to search for multi family properties to do a owner-occupied purchase.

Between a couple thousand customers and 300 employees there is never a dull moment!

I figured, its outside of DC and next to Dulles Airport, land value could only rise over the long haul.

Over the last several years, my wife and I have purchased and done light-moderate rehab on several properties in Chester County, PA, just west of Philadelphia where I am from.Now I am looking to increase my activity in an area closer to home (Reston, VA/DC, near Dulles airport).

I am not fond of the stone and want to do a more updated stone/tile with more contrasting colors, this one seems very dull to me.
