It just shows total principal paid in 9.8 years and total interest paid during the assumption.

It have not paid the mortage fully

I have seen points added week of for rehab loans and on the conventional side pre-approvals given that blow up during underwriting.

I do not believe they were founded by Jeff Bezos he invested from reports. also In same reportSingle-family properties paid an average annualized dividend of 3.7%,but check sec filings 

My credit is sub par right now so I haven't been able to secure funding for my duplex ( I paid cash and the Zillow estimate is almost 3 times what I paid for it but I haven't figured out a way to tap into the equity because of my low credit score.) 

The house is paid off, worth about 220k after the renovation.  

At this point I have nearly paid off the mortgage entirely.
