However, the surface finish scratched badly after a year & began to crack at the stress points around the sink.If you go with granite don't get any fancy edges as it will chip along the sharper edge profiles.good luck

If the loan officer was sharper, you could say, "single family ATTACHED dwelling" and they should know what you are talking about, the word "attached" is saying there is more than one living unit, they are attached, then the question should be, "how many units are there"?

But this time he seems to want me to handle the issue directly by evicting the tenant, at the cost of some 6 months of rent (the house cannot be re-rented easily as it is under contract to be sold on an indefinite time frame).I posed a related question before but the lawsuit dimension has brought the matter into sharper focus.
