Trying to get a surveyor to confirm this. to get an accurate survey on a 100 acre parcel could be costly.. unless your legal description is pretty tight.

Complete a rent survey for comparable properties in the area and call to see if they have been rented or what the activity has been at the current price listed.

Survey, title insurance, escrow fees or whatever.It's a lot easier to get buyers and sellers to sign if you have all the paperwork ready and present it to them. 

Yeah I see it says assets not investments but are you considering who was surveyed?
