At 53, I'm finally embracing many healthy habits. 

And yes exploring new and interesting real estate deal potentials in interesting places along the way, it's an addiction, I just can't turn it off and my wife has started to embrace it vs fight it now giving a day or two on our trips to stop by some realty offices and go look at properties, lol.

I embrace the potential of change, and I am set day 1 with multiple contingency plans so if/when that wind of change blows, I am simply executing on the plan of best fit for that. 

I agree, people are very skeptical to embrace Short Term Rental Revenue options because it’s just now emerging in the marketplace with a higher level of profitability because of the leverage of technology and everyone having a smart phone in their pocket.
