You will find a sizable price delta between Fishtown and "West Kensington" even for similar builds.

There are some manuals you can reference to get a high level comparison that would need local GC verification, but could give you some sense of apples to apples cost deltas for the systems you're wondering about before you reach out to your design team. 

something like that. you buy used for 25 to 30k a semi luxury ICE car.. so whats the delta here we are talking about 10 k  15k.. now we cant compete dollar wise with those that drive 10 to 15 year old cars that are worth 1 to 5k.. and that's OK for them.   

Delta tends to be very good, but is usually geared for higher-end stuff.

I usually use the Delta single handle faucets everywhere.

Since I’d end up paying retail for the rehab myself because that’s not where my skillset is, my logic is my time is better spent elsewhere and the economies of scale I gain by using a large TK outfit essentially equate the the delta between any “deal” I may get on my own and the amount I’d end up spending as a small “mom-and-pop” investor to a contractor/crew.
